These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, and platforms offered by Pearstop, including but not limited to AI-powered research tools, ledger data automation, reporting solutions, and consulting services. By using any of Pearstop's products, you agree to these Terms in full.
Pearstop does not store, retain, or have access to any user-uploaded data beyond the session required for processing. All data is processed in real-time and is not stored for future use. Users are responsible for securely maintaining their own copies of any data they upload or generate through the platform.
Pearstop provides AI-powered tools to assist with financial research and due diligence. Pearstop creates these tools with professional care. However:
Pearstop utilizes artificial intelligence models, which may produce insights based on patterns and statistical likelihoods rather than deterministic knowledge. Pearstop makes no representations that AI-generated content is factually correct, free from bias, or legally/commercially binding. Users must apply their own due diligence before acting on AI-generated content.
Cooling off period. You are entitled to cancel your purchase and request a refund without stating the reason during the 14 days following the date of your purchase (the "Cooling Off Period"). The refund will cover the relevant subscription fee prorated from the date you request cancellation to the end of the relevant subscription period you have paid for. To cancel and request a refund please contact us.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pearstop, its employees, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or legal costs resulting from their use of the platform and any third party claims arising out of relating to the use of Pearstop.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be submitted to arbitration in Dublin, Ireland, before proceeding to court.
